Flight 541 to Victoria just after liftoff from runway 16 and moments before a possible bird strike. I saw a puff of white smoke from one of the engines. The aircraft reduced climb rate almost immediately and remained on the runway heading for some time. A little later than normal, the pilot checked in with ATC, and reported a possible bird strike. Many city emergency vehicles (about 4 fire trucks and 4 ambulances + others) responded in addition to field equipment for its return. She circled around and came back in on 16, and I'm glad to report she landed safely without further incident. Quite something to watch and listen to.
