Hi Daryl, Well actually Terminal 3 was supposed to be opened around 2003. It got delayed after delays due to SARS... etc. Changi isn't busy enough most of the time to warrant a third terminal but sometimes it gets packed during the evening (planes wait for gates, they hold to queue for landing)... and I think Terminal 3 will serve the A380s well!

Very nice Alvin. Do you know why Changi is expanding the airport so much when its not that busy??
