El Condor
Even the most common of aircraft, such as the A340, can be appreciated as a colourful but rare visitor to this remote airport! Bare in mind that since the new (current) runway was opened just a few years ago, Ushuaia has seen Tower Air 747-100s, ATA L-1011 TriStars, an Air France Concorde (!), Aerolineas 747-200s, as well as still receiving the occasional Air Force 707 or F27! Seems like Ushuaia is full of surprises!
