This aircraft is currently operating at the Concón Airport, in the city of Viña del Mar, Chile. Leased by CONAF and Ecocopter during the 2023-2024 wildfire season. [Update: March 22, 2024] The N295EA aircraft left the Viña del Mar Naval Air Base on March 17, and has been in the USA since March 18, specifically in Dothan (DHN). Thank you Erickson Aero Tanker for the great help you provided to my city due to the fires of February 2 and 3, in addition to many other cities in the South of Chile that were affected by these horrible wildfires.
