This spot called "Plaza Mexicana" is located above the parking lot of the NLU passenger terminal, this is the most accessible and safest point for spotting at NLU/MMSM because it is a facility within the airport where you can see some parked cargo planes and you can see all the arrivals and departures on runway 04L/22R, which is normally used for operations with freighters and general aviation, and approaches on runway 04C which is normally used for commercial aircraft and military aircraft. It is worth mentioning that from this point you will not be able to see takeoffs by runways 04C and 04R
