Maverick offers flights to the Grand Canyon, night flights over the Las Vegas strip, as well as flights in Maui, Hawaii. I was seriously impressed by the number of helicopters leaving and returning every so often in the day, as well as the line of helicopters overflying the strip at night, given how in my hometown (Mexico City) you get to see 1-2 helicopters a day tops. Flights over the strip cost $140 and flights to the Canyon from Las Vegas go for $600 per pax. The demand seemed strong nonetheless.
