This spot is located to the west of the runway 02 threshold. Access to the east side is no longer possible due to a security checkpoint related to the Escola Naval. No facilities here, but the airport terminal is a 5 minute walk where all facilities are available. Sun is good for afternoon/evening. Landing shots can be taken from a point adjacent to this one, and line up shots are possible through the fence (or the fence hole as seen in this image).
