Preserved at Italian Air Force museum of Vigna di Valle. It was the first Italian jet plane; it made its first flight on August 27, 1940; the hybrid-powered aircraft was defined as a "motorjet" as it was propelled by a reciprocating engine that operated an axial compressor and an afterburner through which the previously accelerated air flow was mixed with fuel and then burned causing propulsion jet.
