Preserved at Italian Air Force museum of Vigna di Valle. The SPAD S.VII was a biplane single-seat fighter aircraft developed by the French aeronautical company Sociéte Pour l'Aviation et ses Dérivés, or more briefly SPAD, in the 10s of the twentieth century. Used during the First World War, it was an aircraft famous for being difficult to fly and powerful, with excellent climb and dive characteristics. As a firing platform it was stable and with this aircraft various axes of the Entente flew including Francesco Baracca and the Frenchman Georges Guynemer. This specimen belonged to the ace Ernesto Cabruna.
