Low res Air to Air View of RAAF No 10 Squadron Neptune SP-2H (P-2V-7) A89-280 Cn 726-7280 ‘In-Flight’ approaching RAAF Base Townsville YBTL during a practice formation flypast on 28Jun1977. 10 Sqn RAAF was to cease Neptune operations at RAAF Base Townsville on 30Jun1977 with a Closure Parade, before moving to RAAF Base Edinburgh YPED to operate new P-3B Orions. A89-280 was Delivered in May 1962, and was preserved at the RAAF Townsville Museum after being retired from service late in 1977. Photo taken from Formation Lead Aircraft A89-281 Cn 726-7281.
