Today (3/11/2021) marked the first day of Southwest 737 MAX revenue flights since the type was grounded back in March of 2019 after 2 crashes causing 346 deaths onboard Lion Air Flight 610 and Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302. Here is N8750Q (Southwest 6237 LAS-SAT), a brand new Boeing 737-8 MAX on final for 13R in San Antonio, which was the very first 737 MAX to visit SAT since it was grounded. The aircraft pictured was delivered on March 3rd, 2021, making it only 8 days old when photographed. The airframe is also new to JetPhotos.
