Lift is the latest addition to the South African airline scene. Founded by Gidon Novick, the same man who started Kulula back in 2001, Lift is entering a highly competitive market in South Africa right now, especially with all the COVID implications as well. The airline has started with 3 Airbus A320s, all wet-leased from Global Aviation. Of the 3 aircraft, 2 including this one features a black tail with the stylised "L" featured in yellow. The other aircraft features an inverted scheme, with the predominant colour being yellow with the "L" in black. I wish this new entrant all the best, and I look forward to shooting these aircraft more often in the future.
