Notes:

First flew in 1972 for Aeroflot/Latvia as CCCP-47196. Joined Cubana in 1985 as CU-T1262. In July 1997 operating a flight from Santiago de Cuba to Havana the aircraft reportedly suffered a left-hand engine failure on departure, resulting in the loss of height and crashed into the sea some 5 km from the airport, all 5 crew members and 39 passengers were killed; the wreckage could not be recovered from the Cayman Trough.
