Notes:

This plane and other 4 planes not shown in this photo(B-3873\B-3892\B-3978 and one with registration number removed) are among those regional planes purchased by Hainan Airline(HNA) around 2000. At that time, HNA was a small private airline with less than 30 planes, so these planes were very important to them by assisting them competing against other national owned airlines. Altogether HNA purchased 29 Do-328s. Nowadays, HNA is growing into a huge group with 17 subsidiary airlines and more than 600 planes. However, unlike other airlines selling or disassembling their retired planes or just sending the planes to the boneyard, HNA kept several Do-328s. They did not explain why but they kept at least 18 of them, 6 in Tianjin airport, 1 in Beijing (A traning school in Daxing district), at least 6 in Xi'an airport Shanxi and 5 in Hainan. I assume that these planes remind them of their past, a small company struggling not dying instead of purchasing new planes as well as making investments in airports (i believe they own the airports of Hainan) and hotels. However, not everyone knows this history of HNA and the destiny of their primitive fleet. I believe for most people, all they know is HNA is the only five stars aniline in China with the most advanced planes. They did not realize HNA even could operate planes carrying 30 passengers for gaining their business. If you search the database of Jetphotos, most photos of HNA'S do-328 were taken when they were still in service (more than 10 years ago). You can't find too much info about their final destiny, and that is why i upload this photo and tell you these planes’ destiny. These planes are kept in a technique training school which is not available to the general public. However, I managed to persuade them letting me in for a few mins taking this photo.
