Notes:

55 people tragically lost their lives in 1989 when this aircraft lost control in flight. According to Aviation Safety whilst en route to Hamburg from Oslo oscillations in the vertical stabiliser had violently developed causing flutter in both the horizontal tail and rudder leading to a failure of the tail section. Both wings failed simultaneously under negative G loads. The aircraft first flew in 1953 for United Airlines as N73128.
