This Mig-21 was built in 1972, flew for the Polish Air Force (painted 7809 on the fuselage) before purchased directly through the Polish government after the fall of the Soviet Union. Flew in the U.S. for a short time as N221GL before being deregistered and put on static display. Now awaiting its new fate.
