Prepare for the essay! On this day (of the photo) I received the news that this classic bird was flying to Salvador! I took my camera and ran to the airport haha. My bus arrived at the same time of the landing... so I didn't take it! But I got the acft while it was taxing to the appron 3. In the photo, the Beautiful Boeing 727, was taxiing to take-off outbound to Galeão (GIG). The act took-off from runway 17 with only 1500m long, and lift-off few meters after the middle of the runway. Was an amazing take-off, always lovely to hear the JT8D sound! I'll never forget it! Btw, it was my first time seeing a B727, was a magic moment! I waited a lot to see this bird, and Thank God, it happened. Regards to everyone who was there! And principally my friend Jorgim who gave me the flight information. Route: GIG-SSA-GIG (TO9891/2)

Now that's a nice looking plane! Such a beauty, the only trijet manufactured by Boeing!
