At the time of the photo, traffic at SJC was still at very low pandemic levels and it was common for 2-3 hours to pass with no airline movements. But on this day, American brought in the PSA A319 from PHX and the Astrojet 737-800 from DFW into SJC back to back not even 3 minutes apart! Southwest's New Mexico One was about 15 minutes behind as well, as the next arrival in fact. This aircraft wears the colors of Pacific Southwest Airlines, who was a California-based low cost pioneer known for a great on board experience with friendly flight attendants wearing hot pants and big smiles painted on the aircraft. I was fortunate enough to ride on this aircraft from SYR-CLT years ago when it was with US Airways. These colors really pop, even on a dull day.
