These TIA stretch DC-8s were often seen in the UK, so catching this making a tech stop at Winnipeg gave me, a new immigrant, a twinge of nostalgia. Stripe and tail were painted turquoise. This one was built in 1968 and ended its days with United Parcel Service until scrapped in about 2010.
