"New Zealand Two" arriving into London for the final time after 38 years of operation. Since 1982 the service has been operating between Auckland and London with a stop at LAX. At its peak a 2nd daily flight also routed via Hong Kong. Competition on the London - Auckland route has intensified in the last few years meaning it is no longer a profitable one for Air New Zealand. As a Kiwi living in the UK it is sad to think that I will no longer see the Koru over Europe again.
