This Tupolev was actually the first prototype from the total of 32 built. The Tu-114 did achieve a lot of records, one of them being the fastest propeller-driven aircraft with those amazing contra-rotating propellers. Unfortunately, these remained in service only for about 14 years since it was then replaced by the jet-powered Ilyushin Il-62. Seen at the Central Museum of the Air Forces since 1968.
