This aircraft, in original ‘Trainer Yellow’ livery, was originally built for Rhodesia as DX793, but delivered to the RAAF. Sold by RAAF and became VH-BIG, and was Registered as VH-ABF in Jan1966. The aircraft was Registered and flying as VH-ABF before being acquired by the AWM. (Ref: ADF-Serials).
