Named "Empress of Buenos Aires" by CP Air who operated her from delivery in November 1961 to retirement in March 1980. CF-CPG had been the first civil airliner to break the sound barrier during tests at Edwards AFB, California reaching Mach 1.012 in a dive on the 21st August 1961. She was scrapped at Opa Locka Airport, Florida during May 1981
