On the 5th of April 2019, after being parked at Senai Airport in Johor Bahru (Malaysia) for close to 3 weeks, EC-MQK finally left Senai for her 15-minute flight back to Singapore with flight number PLM827P. She arrived shortly before noon into Changi as seen above. This former Malaysia Airlines Queen had returned to Singapore to pick up passengers belonging to an MNC company who had chartered her back home to Gdansk, Poland. She departed on the same day late afternoon with flight number EB8271 with full passenger load. These same set of passengers had earlier arrived on the 16th of March onboard this beauty with flight number EB8470 from Gdansk, Poland. The Queen then made her way to Senai Airport to park there temporarily as it’s cheaper to do so there. It definitely felt great to be able to photograph a passenger 747 in Singapore once again, considering how rare it is to photograph one here in today’s context.
