Flight TAP1339 to Lisbon (LIS/LPPT) departs runway 08R. Wears 'Sharklet Retrofit Europe's 1st Airline'. This may be debatable (please comment with info) as Turkish Airlines claim to be the first airline to retrofit winglets to the A320 family, with their A321. In March and May 2015 I uploaded images with BA A320 G-EUYP without and with retrofitted sharklets and there are other internet images of this aircraft later in 2015 without retrofit winglets.
