This spot called "Plaza Mexicana" is located above the parking lot of the NLU passenger terminal, this is the most accessible and safest point for spotting at NLU/MMSM because it is a facility within the airport where you can see some parked cargo planes and you can see all the arrivals and departures on runway 04L/22R, which is normally used for operations with freighters and general aviation, and approaches on runway 04C which is normally used for commercial aircraft and military aircraft
