By the scheme and the history with the registration I believe its one of the Ziff Brother's toys. They currently have a Global 600 N624BP which is at LIR right now and I believe they are using this PC12 to move around the country. This PC12 was a couple of times this week at Tambor and then Liberia so makes sense. Before N624BP they had N15SD which was always here as well.
