On the left: Current (they call it [shin], it means new) control tower with a height of 116 meters. It has begun operation since Jan. 2010. The right one is legacy [kyu] tower. Even though the legacy one has already stopped its operation, it still prepares to be used for an emergency by regular maintenance. Photo taken from Tokyo Bay beside Runway-C (16L/34R).
