Built as an L-39C, it took up a position in the Povitryani Syly Ukrayiny (Ukraine Air Force), it was then retired to an operator in South Africa as ZU-GEE. It was later then sold & transferred to Australia in June 2007 where it was operated by Air Action in Cessnock as VH-KEE. This L-39C is now currently operating with Shortstop Jet Charter at Melbourne’s Essendon Airport as VH-ZPM.
