(Second ILS Approach for this aircraft that day). Note three external fuel tanks are fitted. This was the first publicly advertised ‘flying’ visit of an RAAF Growler to Canberra. The wing-tip mounted pods help to distinguish the Growler from a ‘Standard’ Super Hornet.
