Close-cropped front Stbd view of the cabin of RAAF Bell UH-1B Huey A2-384 Cn 384 Code 384, taken in the main display hangar at the RAAF Museum Point Cook YMPC on 07May2003. A2-384 was the First Iroquois Delivered to the RAAF - in Oct 1962 - in Silver and Dayglo Orange 'Rescue' livery. The aircraft ( US Serial 62-4606, Built July 1962) was withdrawn from use in March 1985 after service with 5 Squadron, and transferred to RAAF Museum Point Cook Victoria in 1987. (The nose of RAAF Canberra A84-236 is visible at rear-left.) Low res photo. The RAAF celebrated the 100th Anniversary of the Establishment of No 5 Squadron, in Canberra in October 2017.
