This one started with Martinair Holland (PH-MAN) in 1968, then onto Hawaiian as N94454 in 1973, Itavia in 1978, American International Airways in 1981, Airborne Express N933AX in 1985, ABX Air in 2003. Came to Kalitta in 2011 as N916CK. This bird is 49.2 years old, the other DC-9 (N782TW) pictured is 50.7 years old. Their ages combined =99.9 years! Long live the Diesel-9.
