Rear Port side view of USAF B-1B AF 86-0126 Cn 86 starting a Dusk ‘Vapour Run’, with wings swept forward. Photo taken at 1925 hrs at the start of the Wednesday Night Airshow, at Air Venture Oshkosh KOSH on 26Jul2017. (The aircraft carried a pylon-mounted store under the cockpit, and wore Nose Art: Hungry Devil.) Some vapour is forming on the wings as the aircraft accelerated towards Mach 1 with all four engines in after-burner, and then swept the wings back. Then the plane was enveloped in vapour as it disappeared into dark clouds. Spectacular!
