El Al retired its first 747-400 recently, and the five remaining frames will also be withdrawn in the comming years. This particular 747 is a bit of an oddball, as it's a former Singapore Airlines bird which is only partially painted. Flight LY337 from Tel Aviv to Amsterdam is frequently upgraded to 747s, 767s and 777s during the busy summer months.
