Notes:

(1600px) The last non-winglet SWA aircraft. This 1988 built bird boasts quite a history. Delivered to TACA as N75356 in March 1988. In May 1988 while descending for New Orleans as TACA Flight 110, this aircraft suffered a double engine failure (from water ingestion) in which the one-eyed captain made a successful deadstick landing on a grass floodbank next to a river without any serious injuries among the passengers. The plane was subsequently repaired on-site and took off from the grass embankment that it landed on and brought back to service. It was delivered to America West in 1991 as N319AW, went on to Morris Air in 1993, and finally Southwest Airlines in 1995, where it continues service, seen here at the gate in Indy awaiting it's first flight of the day. UPDATE: Retired 3 days after this shot, the last non-winglet Southwest bird.

In fact, the final non-winglet aircraft for WN. She was retired only a couple days later on 12/2.
