Special modifications of the aircraft Av-14 (IL-14) for aerial imaging with navigator inside the cab significantly enhanced and richly glazed apex body. On special photogrammetric Av-14FG it was from March 1967 to May 1968 in the factory premises Aero Vodochody adjusted total of nine series aircraft Av-14 (Il-14P) from the state of CSLA. Specifically, these were the three original Soviet Il-14P (0508, 0603 and 0610), two Av-14P (1103, 1106), one AV-14-24 (3111 / OK-LCC) and three "extended" Av-14-32 (6101, 6102 and 6103). All aircraft types and 14FG-operated fotoletecká group (FLS), which operated from airports located in Hradčany (Mimoň) and Hradec Kralove. The last of whom was retired on April 30, 1994 as the last ever series of aircraft Av-14th The aircraft serial number 4340603 was delivered May 13, 1956, as the fifth of the five aircraft delivered original Il-14th It was made in Tashkent factory No.84. originally flew as government aircraft Il-14P brand-to-be. October 22, 1964 was canceled and later rebuilt version of the Il-14FG, second in the ranking. Il-14FG č.0603 while remaining as the only preserved original Ilyushin converted to version FG.
