In 1999, XX311 was serving with the Royal Navy’s Fleet Requirements and Air Direction Unit when it hit the see off Gibraltar and lost two feet of its starboard wing. It now serves with RAFAT, flown as Red 7 by Flt Lt Tom Bould, who is seen here during the team’s display at RIAT 2016.
