Historical event with Retro Roo making a first ever visit to Longreach - where it all started for Qantas 95 years ago. This was a charity flight to raise money for the Queensland drought appeal. There was a full load of 168 passengers on the flight from Sydney which raised $114,000. A very special thanks to Shorty and his team at Longreach Airport for allowing me air-side access for this special day.
