I think that mark on the fuselage is not any sort of attempt to a special scheme. It looks more like a stain resulting from a leak of cooling fluid or similar. I couldn`t find any other photos with something like that.

Ah, one of the four wheeled main u/c legs, unique to Indian Airlines. Good catch Eddie and I wonder what that mark is on the fuselage. Some sort of attempt to a special scheme may be....also one of the oldest 320 that's still flying around.
