Notes:

The end of the line for British Airway's first 747-400. BNLA is having her useful parts stripped before she succumbs to the scrapman's digger. You can see the winglets have been taken off and are on the ground. The aircraft is being supported by a tail stand and other support to stop the plane from toppling as the center of gravity changes with the removal of parts. It also allows for the removal of wheels and eventually the landing gear. Nestled in close is colleague 737-400 G-DOCU which will probably share the same fate.
