I just shattered my lens before this shot, so I just had a fix 100 mm EF macro at the spot, this is why I did not have the opportunity to go closer, avoiding the barrier this way. I just couldn’t let her go away without a smile. Manufactured 1987 for Midway Airlines as N724ML. Served Air Namibia between May 1991 and October 2006, for a short time in the previous Namib Air livery, seen here on the picture. November 2006 to Safair (ZS-ANA), and since September 2007 she serves Canadian civil aviation: Canadian North (C-GCNO) until December 2011, and nowadays at First Air (C-GNDF). First in database in this appearance, scanned from an old slide.
