WSSS spotting location at Changi Beach Park (google earth 1.391620, 103.991177) in the afternoon when 20R is used for landing. A bit of rubbish washed up on the beach from passing ships. There is shade, a toilet and a water cooler nearby. If you don't drive, there is a bus-stop nearby. Three buses serve that bus stop. You may get more information at publictransport.sg. This area is popular with the locals during the weekends.
