In contrast to the 2-weeks-old new international terminal in the background heralding a new chapter for Haneda, it's definitely the end of the line for this old girl! With titles stripped, a temporary taped-up job for the registration (no doubt with the new owner's "N" registration already underneath), and a "Boeing 747-400D MSN 26345" labelling just in front of the no. 5 door (to facilitate the parts dismantlers?), it's not hard to imagine that her next flight would be to some far away desert to meet her fate!

Noooo! I hate this so much! IMHO JAL should reduce it's fleet of 747 but not retire them all! Now they're going to the deserts! =/
