Arriving from DCA. The 170s flown by Republic under the Us Airways Express banner all used to belong to Pittsburgh based MidAtlantic Airways, hence the MD registration. The 170s were given to MidAtlantic as part of a flow-down program where furloughed US Airways pilots could remain flying and keep a source of income coming. In 2006, MidAtlantic ceased operations and Republic began flying the 170s for US Airways Express, which I believe are all in the old colors. Republic also operates 175s for Us Airways Express.
