Notes:

Delta used to fly a daily 767-400 from SFO-HNL. I hear employees loved it because it was always wide open, but management, not so much. Delta pulled out of the SFO-HNL market shortly after this photo was taken and hasn't flown the 767-400 into SFO since. After the DL/NW merger, Delta inherited Northwest's daily 757-300 SFO-HNL flight and is again in the market.
