Yes, as Mircea says, it's definitely not a fuselage flex. (It would be a major catastrophe if the fuselage was flexing to that degree of incline!). The Airbus A300 and A330 and A340 aircraft are famous for having this slight incline in the windowline towards the rear of the fuselage. I wonder when will Emirates start to replace the A330 fleet?

Nice photo. I dont see the flex though. if you mean the last few windows are not allingned with the rest of them, that is normal for A330. Look at another photo of a A330 in taxi on ground.
