Rare low res close-cropped view of RAN Fairey Firefly AS6 WD827 Cn F8655 on outdoor display at the Moorabbin Aviation Museum (MAM) in early 1974. This Firefly was delivered to the RAN in Glasgow Scotland on 16Oct1950, and embarked on HMAS SYDNEY. The aircraft was presented to the of the Australian Air League in Blacktown NSW in Nov 1956. She was acquired by the MAM in 1972, and is now displayed indoors. Apologies for quality of this 1974 photo.
