Notes:

Few things in aviation are as distinctive as the V-tail of the Beech Bonanza. After some accidents the structure was suspected to have design flaws, but it was later found that the incidents had more to do with the incursion into strong turbulence with this light airplane. In any case, some revisions and modifications were required by the V-tail Bonanzas, and the aircraft manufactured from 1982 had a conventional tail. The type initially won bad publicity but now it is commonly more expensive to buy as a secondhand aircraft than any equivalent, because of this characteristic design feature. This one was manufactured in 1962.
