The Hellenic Air Force participated with its new Dassault Mirage 2000-5EG multi-role combat aircraft in the TLP2009-2 course. Three of the four participating jets were upgraded Mirage 2000EG's, while this one - seen here during take-off from rwy08L - was a newly-built Mirage 2000-5EG. All aircraft belong to 331 Mira (based at Tanagra). This aircraft carries the improved RDY-radar, which can detect up to 24 targets simultaneously and track eight of them, four of which in priority mode.
