Hi Kevin, thanks for commenting. I'm not so sure if it's strange, but the gentleman in brown is possibly a so-called "wheel-wheel spotter", which means he's only taking pictures from a 90° angle. Still quite common in Germany, even younger spotters do it. Well, if I think about it, I find it strange too...
